Case Manager – Deaf & Hard of Hearing Services | Orange County
$20–24/hr | Full-Time | Direct Hire | Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
About the Role
You'll provide case management services to Deaf and hard of hearing consumers across Orange County. This is primarily an office-based role (80%), with occasional field visits (20%) to consumer homes, outreach fairs, community partners, and government agency appointments.

What We're Looking For
Lived experience as a Deaf person, CODA, or a deep, genuine connection to the Deaf community
Fluent ASL skills (ASL will be assessed informally during the interview)
Prior professional work experience — you're comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities and working under pressure
Mature, reliable, and passionate about serving the Deaf community
Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Orange County
