Seeking an experienced and professional Case Manager to join a busy legal office in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, excellent client service abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and maintain case files and legal documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and other parties.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and case-related deadlines.
  • Assist attorneys with various administrative and case management duties.
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide professional customer service.
  • Follow up on case-related matters and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Assist with general office and administrative responsibilities as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a legal office or case management environment preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent client service skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with attorneys and staff.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology.
