What You’ll Do

• Manage assigned cases efficiently, reviewing and taking action at the proper intervals.
• Facilitate the underwriting process by contacting doctors’ offices, insurance carriers, brokers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure cases are approved as quickly as possible by following all required procedures.
• Accurately enter applications and document each file using the Agent Front (or designated) system.
• Handle your caseload effectively to meet assigned quotas.
• Communicate with clients and partners via phone and email in a timely, professional manner.

• Previous experience in insurance, case management, or customer service.
