The Key Accounts Manager must address patients’ needs, questions, and concerns with kindness and awareness of their circumstances. As part of these duties, the Case Manager may occasionally need to communicate with physicians (prescribers), care management organizations (MCOs), and authorized caregivers.

Associate Degree as a Pharmacy Technician is required

Valid Pharmacy Technician License is required

Specialized training in benefits access and pharmacy/medical requirements is preferred

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience with knowledge of pharmacy benefits access processes (preferred)
