Job Title: Capsulation Machine Operator
Location: Pleasanton, CA.
• Great Pay to $24/hr.

Join a company where quality, safety, and teamwork drive everything we do. As a Capsulation Machine Operator, you’ll play a vital role in running and maintaining our production lines that manufacture high-quality capsules for customers and markets nationwide.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll be the expert who ensures our capsulation machines are operating smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Machine Operation & Setup

Set up, sanitize, operate, and perform routine maintenance on capsulation machines.

Adjust machine components for speed, pressure, temperature, and capsule dimensions.

Perform test runs to ensure accurate setup before starting full production.

Quality Control:

Examine, weigh, and test capsules throughout the run to ensure they meet exact specifications.

Inspect, sort, and remove defective capsules.

Report any quality issues and work with QC to confirm cleanliness via hygiene swab testing.

Sanitation & Documentation:

Clean machines, tools, and work areas after each batch and at the end of the day.

Maintain accurate cleaning logs and production records.

Use “Clean” and “Dirty” tags to ensure correct equipment status at all times.

Production Support:

Read and follow work orders and Master Manufacturing Records.

Record meter readings, quantities produced, and rejected items.

Move completed capsules to drying or storage areas safely and efficiently.

Safety & Compliance:

Follow all SOPs, GMPs, safety rules, and federal and state guidelines.

Communicate with supervisors as needed to keep production running smoothly.

Use proper PPE and maintain a clean, sanitary environment at all times.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years manufacturing experience preferred.

Strong mechanical aptitude — you enjoy working with machines and tools.

Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and manufacturing methods.

Ability to follow instructions, troubleshoot issues, and make good decisions under pressure.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities with a positive, can-do attitude.

Strong organization and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle repetitive physical tasks.

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus!

Physical Requirements:

Frequent walking, kneeling, bending, lifting, twisting, reaching.

Ability to use hands and fingers to set up and operate machines.

Capable of using pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks (training provided if required).

Work Environment:

Work takes place in a warehouse with variable temperatures and moderate to high noise levels.

Exposure to small particles, odors, and common allergens.

Must wear safety and sanitation gear including gloves, mask, hairnet, and uniform.
