Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Canadian French Bilingual Customer Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our English and French-speaking customers, providing exceptional service, resolving account inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is fluent in Canadian French and English, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional customer support in both Canadian French and English via phone, email, and chat
Manage customer accounts, including order processing, billing inquiries, and account updates
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction
Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution
Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and retention
Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and quality standards
Qualifications:
Fluency in Canadian French and English (spoken and written) required
1+ year of customer service or account management experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
