We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Campus Space Support professional for a contract opportunity in Greeley, CO. This role supports campus space, signage, wayfinding, furniture, and relocation projects across multiple campus locations within an education environment.
The Campus Space Support position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative coordination, hands-on installation work, facilities support, and campus-based field work. You will work closely with teammates and campus stakeholders to update signage, verify room information, assist with furniture and equipment moves, and maintain accurate documentation. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, basic technical comfort, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Create paper office and station interior signage using information submitted through online forms, then deliver and install signage across campus locations.
- Use Microsoft TDX work order tasks to create vinyl room and wayfinding interior signage with a Graphtec vinyl cutter, followed by delivery and installation.
- Refresh exterior wayfinding signage by removing existing vinyl, painting signs, and applying new vinyl throughout campus areas.
- Walk buildings across all campuses to compare documented room names and numbers with posted signage, then update Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
- Assist team members with furniture relocations, including assembly of standard office and classroom furniture.
- Support box and equipment relocations and perform related campus space support tasks as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $35,963 per year.
- Job type: Contract/Temporary.
- Contract duration: Through 5/31/2027.
- Schedule: 32 hours per week.
- Location: Greeley, CO.
- Create, update, deliver, and install interior office, room, and wayfinding signage.
- Support exterior signage refresh projects, including vinyl removal, painting, and vinyl application.
- Conduct campus building walks to verify room names and numbers against written documentation.
- Assist with furniture, box, and equipment relocations across campus locations.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant administrative support, facilities support, signage, campus operations, or related experience.
- Ability to use Google Suite, including Gmail and Google Drive for uploading, downloading, and managing documents.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for updating spreadsheets and tracking room information.
- Ability to follow Microsoft TDX work order tasks or similar ticketing/work order systems.
- Comfortable using or learning signage production tools, including a Graphtec vinyl cutter.
- Ability to assemble standard office and classroom furniture and assist with physical relocation tasks.
- Strong attention to detail when verifying room names, room numbers, signage, and documentation.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work across multiple campus buildings and locations.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and follow-through skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an education, campus, facilities, or space planning environment.
- Prior experience creating or installing interior signage, vinyl signage, or wayfinding signage.
- Familiarity with work order systems, signage equipment, or basic facilities project support.
- Comfort performing a combination of administrative, technical, and hands-on physical tasks.
