Problem-solving, leadership and communication will be keys to success in this prestigious, dynamic, stable organization. Will be responsible for team management, quality assurance and reporting & analysis for Healthcare Services company.

Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience as a supervisor or team lead
- 2+ years of Call Center Customer Service experience
- Available to work Monday - Friday from 9am - 11pm and Saturday
9:00am-7:00pm
- Bilingual - Spanish / English
