A telehealth services organization in Greenville is seeking an experienced Call Center Sales Manager to lead a high-performing inside sales team. This role is responsible for managing sales representatives who handle inbound and outbound leads, converting prospective customers into active members. The ideal candidate has proven experience successfully leading call center sales teams, coaching agents, and driving strong conversion results in a high-volume environment.
This leader will oversee daily sales operations, coaching, hiring, and performance management for a team of inside sales representatives. Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance metrics, optimizing call workflows and scripts, collaborating with internal teams to improve leads, and ensuring a professional customer experience. Success in this role requires a hands-on manager who is comfortable analyzing data, developing sales talent, and holding teams accountable to performance targets.
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years managing a call center sales team
Demonstrated success leading teams that meet or exceed sales and conversion goals
Experience with CRM platforms and call center technology
Strong coaching, leadership, and performance management skills
Experience in healthcare services, insurance or regulated environments is highly preferred.
Compensation includes $120K+ base salary plus commission, full benefits, retirement plan, unlimited PTO, and paid holidays.
