Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and experienced Call Center Representative II to join our team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and support our service goals while delivering excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and effectively to customer calls, emails, and chats.
Resolve customer issues with a focus on first-call resolution and customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex cases to higher-level support when necessary.
Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Provide product or service information to customers.
Assist with training and mentoring new team members as needed.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends if required.
High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is a plus.
