We are seeking a professional and reliable Medical Call Center Representative for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Fontana, CA. This role supports a healthcare services environment and focuses on patient account support, billing questions, payment arrangements, and general customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls related to patient accounts, balances, billing questions, and payment options.
- Establish, document, and monitor patient payment arrangements accurately in the system.
- Follow up on past-due or delinquent accounts in a professional, respectful, and compliant manner.
- Explain statements, charges, balances, and available payment options clearly to patients.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient, financial, and account information.
- Escalate complex account issues to the appropriate department when needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $25.00 per hour.
- Employment type: Full-time, temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, with exact hours to be confirmed.
- Location: Fontana, CA.

- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound medical billing and patient account calls.
- Support patient financial services by explaining balances, payment options, and account details.
- Accurately document call outcomes, account notes, and payment arrangements.
- Contribute to department goals related to collections, patient satisfaction, compliance, and service quality.
- Must be fluent bilingual in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
- Must currently live in the Inland Empire area, with Fontana and surrounding Inland Empire cities preferred.
- High Desert applicants are not eligible for this opening.
- Must not have previously applied or interviewed with this company.
- 1 to 2 years of call center, customer service, medical office, billing, collections, or patient support experience preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette with a professional, calm, and patient-focused communication style.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial and medical conversations with empathy and discretion.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking with patients.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and ability to follow company policies and quality standards.
- Ability to lift up to 20 to 25 lbs occasionally for office-related tasks.
- Must be able to comply with strict appearance standards, including no visible tattoos, no facial piercings, no eyelash extensions, natural length nails only, and natural hair color only.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a healthcare call center, medical billing office, patient financial services, or collections environment.
- Experience setting up payment arrangements or discussing account balances with patients or customers.
- Familiarity with medical statements, patient accounts, billing terminology, or account documentation systems.
- Strong ability to remain composed, accurate, and service-focused during high call volume.
