We are hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a temp-to-hire onsite opportunity in San Juan, PR. This role supports healthcare providers by assisting with eligibility, billing, claims, and payment inquiries in a professional call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from healthcare providers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist callers with eligibility, billing, claims, and payment-related inquiries.
- Research and resolve customer questions using internal systems and documented procedures.
- Accurately document call details, updates, and resolutions in the appropriate systems.
- Maintain quality, productivity, and service standards in a fast-paced call center setting.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $13.00/hr
- Work Location: 100% Onsite | San Juan
- Schedule: 40 hours per week | Monday–Friday
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, call center, office, or administrative work.
- Good computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Strong verbal communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work onsite in San Juan, PR.
- Full availability to work Monday-Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. AST.
- Must be available to complete the first 16 weeks without planned PTO.
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare experience preferred.
- Experience with healthcare provider support, eligibility, billing, claims, or payment inquiries is a plus.
