We are hiring a Call Center Representative for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Jacksonville, FL. This 100% onsite role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a structured, fast-paced call center environment.
As a Call Center Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls while delivering accurate information and professional support. This opportunity offers weekly pay, a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, no weekends, paid training, and the potential to transition into a permanent position after approximately six months.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and assist with questions, service requests, account updates, and general support needs.
- Place outbound calls for follow-up, scheduling, customer outreach, or issue resolution as needed.
- Provide accurate information, resolve customer concerns efficiently, and escalate complex issues when appropriate.
- Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in the company CRM or internal systems.
- Verify customer information while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction goals in a fast-paced call center setting.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $17.50 per hour.
- Weekly pay.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- No weekends.
- Location: Jacksonville, FL 32256.
- Work arrangement: 100% onsite.
- Employment type: Temporary-to-permanent, 6-month contract with opportunity for permanent hire.
- Start date: October 12th 2026
- Paid training provided.
- Training schedule: 4 weeks, Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- No time off is allowed during training.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and dependable attendance.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous call center experience.
- Experience using CRM systems or internal customer support platforms.
- Prior experience handling both inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new systems, policies, products, and procedures.
