Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
Provide excellent customer service with professional phone etiquette
Enter and maintain accurate customer and order data
Assist with inquiries, order status updates, and general account support
Coordinate internally with operations and sales teams to ensure timely service
Maintain organized records and documentation
Uphold company standards for professionalism, accuracy, and responsiveness

Required Qualifications

Proven Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience
Strong professional phone presence and communication skills
Solid computer skills with confident data entry ability
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Able to pass a drug screening
