Call Center Representative

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented professional to support coordination efforts by accurately documenting project information and identifying work locations using physical maps. This role is ideal for someone who has strong directional awareness, can confidently interpret roadways and landmarks on a printed map, and understands geographic positioning without relying solely on GPS.

Success in this position requires careful listening, accurate data entry, excellent spelling and typing skills, and the ability to clearly communicate information to customers. A genuine “How can I help?” mindset is essential.

Key Responsibilities

-Respond to inbound calls
-Listen carefully to customer requests and gather complete, accurate project details
-Enter and document information with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
-Relay project information clearly and efficiently to stakeholders
-Remain calm, courteous, and solution-focused during high-volume or urgent situations

Qualifications

-High school diploma or equivalent required
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role preferred
-Strong ability to read and interpret a physical map and understand directional orientation
-Excellent active listening skills and clear verbal communication
-Strong typing and spelling skills (40+ WPM required)
-Comfortable navigating multiple computer applications simultaneously (web-based systems, Chrome, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams/Zoom)
-Ability to remain composed under pressure
-Flexible schedule availability
-Schedule Information
-The work week runs Sunday through Saturday.

Open positions include:

-Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (occasional winter weekend coverage)
-One core shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM with rotating days and weekend work

Training

Comprehensive in-office training is provided in Duquesne, PA for a minimum of 8 weeks to ensure confidence in map reading, directional accuracy, systems navigation, and customer communication.
