We are hiring Call Center Agents.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Handle up to 100 calls per day.
* Process customer purchase orders and send order confirmations.
* Manage sales promotions effectively.
* Onboard new customers and maintain service for existing accounts.
* Notify customers of out-of-stock or discontinued items and suggest suitable alternatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service call center.
* Proficient in computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
* Must be able to prioritize effectively, multitask, and work well as part of a team.
HUGE PLUS:
* Bachelor's degree
* Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin.
