Terrific opportunity for a professional individual ready to move ahead in a great career. AppleOne is currently in search of a fantastic call center representative in the San Bernardino, Ca area! Do you have the ability to participate and ask good questions? This is a full time job with the possibility of overtime on Saturdays. Must pass initial personality assessment and interview to join a class like setting for intense paid training. Must have excellent time management skills and be well spoken. Able to communicate clearly and open to coaching. MUST have at least 1 year of call center experience or 3 years of customer service experience indicated on the resume.
What you will be doing:
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
• Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
