A fast-paced call center is seeking an experienced Call Center Lead to oversee daily operations and support a team of representatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching others and delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities: Lead and support a team of call center agents Monitor call quality, performance metrics, and adherence Provide coaching, training, and feedback to staff Handle escalated calls and complex customer issues Assist with scheduling and daily workflow adjustments Ensure service standards and targets are consistently met

Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a call center environment Previous lead or supervisory experience strongly preferred Strong communication and coaching abilities Ability to stay calm under pressure and support a high-volume team Proficiency with call center software and reporting tools
