A prominent Global IT Services company located in Downtown Manhattan is actively seeking candidates for the position of Technical Helpdesk Call Center Representatives.

We offer a competitive pay rate of $19/hour for a long-term temporary position. The office is conveniently situated across from the World Trade Center and is easily accessible by public transportation.

Requirements:
-1-2 years of experience in technical support and call center operations
-Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
-Professional and patient demeanor in customer interactions
-Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities:
-Provide technical assistance to customers, including password resets and basic troubleshooting
-Uphold a high level of professionalism and deliver outstanding customer service on all calls
-Work with a Customer Service CRM that automatically routes calls to ensure efficient handling of inquiries
-Follow scripts and protocols for assisting callers to maintain consistency and quality of service
-Enter detailed notes into the CRM system to document customer interactions and resolutions
-Escalate calls when needed based on policies and procedures to address complex issues effectively
