About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, document interactions accurately, and maintain a professional, customer-focused approach to meet quality and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Answer high-volume inbound and/or outbound calls
Resolve customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally
Document call details accurately in CRM systems
Follow scripts, policies, and procedures
Meet or exceed performance metrics (AHT, QA, CSAT, attendance)
Escalate complex issues when necessary
Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude
Protect customer confidentiality and sensitive information
Requirements
High school diploma or GED (required)
Previous customer service or call center experience preferably in insurance or healthcare
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
Active listening and problem-solving skills
Professional phone etiquette
Reliable attendance and punctuality
