Currently seeking 10 call center reps for a contact center in the Rochester/West Henrietta area. Immediate interviews or qualified candidates.

Description:
- Handling inbound customer service calls with a high level of professionalism
- Will use multiple systems during phones calls to access information
- Assist with resolving issues or find solutions for callers
- Document discussions accurately in the database
- Adhere to inquiry response times
- Escalate issues as needed to supervisors
- Must adhere to schedule and attendance guidelines

All candidates will be given a Customer Service assessment to qualify.

Additional Skills

- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of Call Center experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and listening skills
- Typing Speed 35 WPM and experience with MS Office
