Cable Assembler Level III
6-Month Contract possible temp to hire
Worksite: Poway, CA 92064

Shifts Available:
1st Shift: 5:00 am – 2:30 pm (Pay: 25.96/hr)
2nd Shift: 3:00 pm – 12:30 am (Pay: 27.26/hr)

We are seeking an experienced Cable Assembler to build and assemble a variety of cables, harnesses, and related electronic/mechanical components. Candidates with fibre optic assembly experience are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
• Assemble cables, wire harnesses, and subassemblies following engineering drawings and specifications.
• Perform soldering, wiring, crimping, and rework as needed.
• Use tools such as soldering equipment, hot tweezers, callipers, and tape measures.
• Maintain accuracy, quality, and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications
• 3+ years of cable or fibre optic assembly experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wire lists, and engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with soldering and cable related tools; soldering certificate preferred.
• Strong attention to detail; able to work independently or in a team.
• Must be eligible to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.
