We are hiring an experienced Cable Assembler III to join a growing team focused on high-quality electronic and mechanical assembly. This role is ideal for someone with strong soldering, wiring, and cable harness experience who can work from detailed engineering drawings and maintain strict quality standards.
Pay & Schedule
• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM — $25.96/hr
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:30 AM — $27.26/hr
What You’ll Do
• Assemble cables, harnesses, chassis, PCBs, and mechanical components
• Perform wiring, soldering, and component installation
• Read and interpret blueprints, wire lists, and engineering drawings
• Set up and adjust assemblies while maintaining required tolerances
• Disassemble, modify, and rework units as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
• Support and train junior assemblers
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
What We’re Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of cable/electronic assembly experience
• Experience with soldering and cable harness fabrication
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and specifications
• Familiarity with tools such as soldering equipment, calipers, and measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify color-coded wiring
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently and on a team
Additional Requirements
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications
• Soldering certification
