We are seeking a reliable Cabinetry Delivery Driver in Dallas, TX for a full-time, direct hire opportunity supporting custom millwork deliveries for residential and commercial construction projects. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, values craftsmanship, and takes pride in helping deliver high-quality cabinets, doors, trim, countertops, and finished wood products safely and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Load, unload, secure, and transport custom cabinetry, millwork, countertops, doors, trim, and related materials.
- Assist with safe delivery and placement of finished wood products at commercial construction job sites.
- Inspect products before delivery and report discrepancies, damage, or concerns to the appropriate team members.
- Follow safe lifting practices, job site procedures, and company safety standards at all times.
- Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, drivers, warehouse staff, and coworkers.
- Support general warehouse duties after deliveries are completed.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience.
- Job Type: Direct hire, full-time.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
- Overtime and occasional weekends may be required as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Assist with delivery of custom millwork products to construction job sites.
- Load, unload, secure, and move cabinetry and finished wood materials safely.
- Inspect materials before transport and communicate any product issues.
- Support warehouse tasks and job site placement of delivered products.

- 1 to 2 years of related delivery, warehouse, construction, logistics, or material handling experience preferred.
- Ability to frequently lift, carry, and move up to 100 lbs with assistance.
- Comfortable bending, kneeling, climbing, walking, and working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong attendance, reliability, and dependable transportation required.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and coworkers.
- Commitment to following company safety procedures and safe lifting practices.
- No CDL required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience delivering cabinetry, millwork, building materials, furniture, appliances, or construction-related products.
- Familiarity with commercial construction job sites.
- Previous warehouse, loading, unloading, or installation support experience.
- Basic understanding of how to handle finished wood products to prevent damage.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
