We are seeking a detail-oriented, service-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping clients. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries regarding the lemon law process
Provide clear and accurate information with professionalism and empathy
Gather and organize essential documentation for case processing
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-ups
Key Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Prior experience in legal services or call center is a plus, but not required
