CSR / Inside Sales Support Specialist
-Location: Thousand Oaks, CA
-Pay: $25-35/hr DOE

-About the Role:
• We are seeking a motivated CSR / Inside Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on account management and supporting existing customers and warm leads. You’ll play a key role in preparing quotes, supporting sales efforts, and maintaining strong client relationships in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

-What You’ll Do:
• Manage customer accounts and provide sales support to existing clients and inbound inquiries
• Prepare and submit RFQs and customer quotations
• Negotiate pricing and lead times with suppliers
• Issue purchase orders and manage order flow
• Utilize ERP systems to track and manage transactions
• Partner with internal teams (receiving, shipping) to support daily operations
• Learn all aspects of the business and contribute to overall success

-What We’re Looking For:
• 3–5 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or account management
• Strong communication skills and a professional, positive attitude
• Ability to understand technical concepts (reading drawings, parts, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
