We are seeking a reliable and professional Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is fluent in both Spanish and English and is passionate about delivering excellent customer support. This role involves handling inbound calls, assisting clients with questions, and providing clear, accurate information in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming customer calls in a timely and professional manner
Assist clients with questions, concerns, and service-related inquiries in both Spanish and English
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive experience
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including calls, data entry, and follow-ups
Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed

Qualifications:

Fluency in both Spanish and English (required)
Previous customer service experience preferred
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer management systems
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Professional, courteous, and customer-focused attitude
