Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
-Location: Newbury Park, CA
-Pay: $22-25/hr DOE

-Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for managing incoming calls, processing customer orders, and providing accurate information in a professional and timely manner. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working within an ERP system in a fast-paced environment.

-Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Enter customers orders received by phone and email into the ERP system
• Review and process EDI and eStore orders accurately
• Track orders and provide timely customer updates and notifications
• Transfer calls to Accounting Representatives and Technical Support staff as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction

-Qualifications:
• Previous customer service or order entry experience preferred
• Experience working with ERP systems, EDI, or online order platforms is a plus
• Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Professional, team-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving skills
