Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical CRM Systems Analyst to support, maintain, and optimize our CRM platform. This role will focus on data integrity, system configuration, reporting, and user support, helping teams effectively manage relationships and make data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
Administer and maintain CRM systems (Raiser’s Edge and/or Salesforce)
Manage data integrity, imports, exports, and deduplication
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics
Support users with training, troubleshooting, and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements
Document system processes, workflows, and changes
Assist with integrations and system upgrades as needed
Requirements
2+ years of experience working with Raiser’s Edge and/or Salesforce
Strong understanding of CRM data structure and reporting
Experience with data management, validation, and quality control
Proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Must meet minimum qualifications to be considered
