Primary Responsibilities:
Auditing: Review and audit financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Tax Preparation & Consulting: Prepare and file tax returns, provide tax advice, and assist clients in minimizing tax liabilities.
Financial Reporting: Generate and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop budgets, forecast revenues and expenses, and track financial performance.
Financial Analysis: Evaluate financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; offer actionable recommendations.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting regulations and professional standards.
Client Consulting: Deliver financial consulting and advisory services tailored to client needs.
Team Supervision: Manage and supervise accounting or finance teams.
Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits to detect risks and areas for process improvement.
External Audits: Collaborate with public accounting firms during external audit engagements.
Fraud Prevention & Investigation: Detect and investigate potential fraud or irregularities.
Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve financial disputes effectively.
Expert Witness Services: Provide expert testimony in legal proceedings involving financial issues.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to organizational strategic financial planning.
