Key Responsibilities:
Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Prepare and file tax returns while advising clients on tax strategies to minimize liabilities.

Generate and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income reports.

Develop budgets, forecast revenue and expenses, and monitor financial performance.

Perform financial analysis, identify trends, and offer recommendations for improvement.

Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting laws.

Provide expert financial consulting services to clients across various industries.

Oversee and manage teams of accountants, offering mentorship and leadership.

Conduct internal and external audits to enhance financial integrity.

Identify and prevent fraud while assisting in financial dispute resolution.

Serve as an expert witness in legal cases involving financial matters.

Contribute to strategic planning and business development efforts.

Qualifications:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required.

Proficiency in Lacerte software for tax preparation and financial management.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience in auditing, tax consulting, compliance, and financial reporting.

Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively.
