TITLE: CONSTRUCTION WARRANTY CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
ABOUT THE JOB: Apply now! We are seeking an experienced candidate for the role of Home Construction Warranty Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities include being the primary point of contact between the company and customer responding to customer concerns, meeting with the Superintendent and team members, conducting pre walk-throughs to inspect items such as appliances, plumbing, etc., evaluate warranties, schedule and supervise warranty repairs, post-inspection walk-throughs, final sign-offs, maintain thorough documentation and ultimately delivering a quality new home to satisfied customers.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in home construction warranty and applicable warranty laws.
• Must have professional communication and presentation, as this role serves as a direct liaison between the company and the customer.
• Top notch customer service skills and experience with a high level of ethics, honesty and integrity.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction-based software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, time management skills and problem-solving skills
• Perform well under deadlines and can manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess and conduct work with the highest ethical standards
• Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently into computer software and systems
• Ability to emphasize safety as a top priority
