We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join a growing manufacturing team in Adelanto, CA. Key Responsibilities
- Program, set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC equipment to produce precision-machined components.
- Perform complete machine setups, including tooling, fixtures, offsets, workholding, and machining strategies.
- Operate CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, Horizontal Mills, and Vertical Boring Mills.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, GD&T, and machining specifications.
- Inspect completed parts using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and height gauges.
- Maintain production documentation, support preventative maintenance, and follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour, based on experience.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

- Set up and operate CNC mills, CNC lathes, horizontal mills, and Vertical Boring Mills.
- Troubleshoot machining, tooling, setup, and programming issues.
- Inspect parts and complete required production and quality documentation.
- Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience.
- Demonstrated experience with CNC programming, machine setup, and operation.
- Strong experience with CNC milling and CNC turning.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, machining specifications, and GD&T.
- Strong understanding of feeds, speeds, tooling selection, fixtures, workholding, and machining practices.
- Proficiency using precision measuring equipment and metrology tools.
- Technical college diploma or equivalent machining experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity.
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Horizontal Milling and Vertical Boring Mills.
- Conventional machining experience.
- Continuous improvement mindset in a custom manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with Engineering, Quality, Production Control, and Supervisors to resolve manufacturing challenges.
