CNC Machinist / CNC Programmer (Mastercam | Mills & Lathes)
Schedule: On-site 1st shift | OT Monday–Saturday

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist / Programmer with recent, hands-on Mastercam programming experience and strong expertise operating CNC Mills and Lathes. This role requires the ability to program, set up, and run jobs independently in a fast-paced, high-precision manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Set up, program, and operate Haas CNC Mills and Lathes
Create, modify, and prove out programs using Mastercam
Perform machining operations including:
Turning, facing, boring, drilling, milling, reaming, tapping
Slotting, grooving, threading, grinding, sawing, EDM
Read and interpret 2D drawings and solid models
Write programs at the machine and in Mastercam
Design tooling and fixturing as needed
Use DNC systems to load CNC programs
Perform in-process inspection using precision measuring instruments
Ensure parts meet tight tolerance requirements using self-inspection and quality procedures
Participate in program prove-outs, manufacturing planning, and continuous improvement
Assist with training CNC Setup and Turning Center Operators
Maintain daily production records
Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized
Follow all safety, quality, and production standards
Required Qualifications
Recent, hands-on Mastercam programming experience (REQUIRED)
Strong experience with CNC Mills and CNC Lathes
Ability to independently set up, program, and run jobs
Experience working from 2D prints and 3D solid models
Knowledge of tight-tolerance machining and inspection methods
Willingness to work mandatory daily overtime Monday–Saturday
Ability to meet ITAR requirements
Must pass background check and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with manual mills and lathes
Tooling and fixture design experience
Experience in high-precision or regulated manufacturing environments
