We’re looking for a skilled CNC Machinist/Programmer to join a thriving aerospace manufacturing team in Camarillo! In this hands-on, on-site role, you’ll set up, program, and operate Haas CNC Mills and Lathes, create new programs in Mastercam, and run a variety of machining operations from turning and threading to milling, grinding, drilling, and more. You’ll work directly from drawings and work orders, verify precision using inspection tools, support continuous improvement efforts, and help train junior operators. This position requires daily overtime (Monday–Saturday), ITAR compliance, and the ability to maintain accuracy, safety, and high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
