We’re looking for a talented CNC Programmer to join a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing team! If you love working with mills, lathes, and all things CNC, this role is all about setting up, programming, and operating machines to turn raw materials into precision parts. You’ll get to create new programs in Mastercam, work from drawings and 3D models, and use your skills to ensure every part meets tight tolerances. This is a role where your expertise matters. You’ll provide feedback on tooling, machining methods, and programming while helping keep operations smooth and efficient. If you enjoy a mix of programming, hands-on machining, problem-solving, and being part of a fun, collaborative team, this is a great opportunity to put your skills to work and make a real impact!
