Our client is seeking a highly experienced CNC Programmer with 10+ years of proven experience in programming complex parts for high-mix, low-volume manufacturing
environments.

Expertise with Esprit Edge or Esprit 200xx is a must; candidates with Mastercam experience may also be considered. Ideal candidates will have a background in aerospace, military, or oil & gas (turbine) industries.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and optimize CNC programs for 3-axis, 2-axis, 4-axis horizontal, and 5-axis (3+2) milling machines as well as lathes with live tooling (C & Y axis)

Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T standards

Select appropriate cutting tools and materials based on job specifications

Calculate feeds and speeds using manufacturer-recommended parameters

Work with castings and non-billet parts across a variety of metals

Maintain and improve machining processes to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency

Utilize G-code programming and, ideally, Fanuc Macro B language

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of CNC programming experience in a precision machining environment

Proficiency in Esprit Edge or Esprit 200xx (Mastercam also considered)

Demonstrated experience with aluminum, steel, and stainless-steel grades

Strong knowledge of cutting tool technology and advanced machining techniques

Comfortable working in a low-volume, high-complexity production setting
