Immediate need for CNC Programmer seeking s, s and s. S, s and s will be keys to success in this growing, dynamic organization.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC and milling machines to manufacture high-quality parts and fixtures. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure precision and maintain production standards. Key Responsibilities:
-Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine critical features.
-Program, set up, and operate CNC and milling machines efficiently
-Utilize Microvu and other precision tools to verify critical tolerances.
-Assist in production tooling and calibration processes following company standards.
-Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, implementing necessary adjustments.
-Perform counter-boring on printed circuit boards using TRAK CNC Machine and NC Impact System 2.
-Cut ceramics using a laser cutting machine for stockroom inventory.
-Conduct preventive maintenance on CNC ROKU Micro Drill Machines.
-Maintain the controlled temperature room for ROKU CNC Machines.
-Secure rings to printed circuit boards with adhesive techniques.
-Complete additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
-Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience or a related certification (Machine Tool Technology, CNC Machining).
-High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or relevant college coursework preferred.
-Solid understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
-Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, assembly drawings, and bill of materials.
-Familiarity with CADCAM software (Surfcam preferred).
-Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
-Capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds as needed.
