CNC Operator – Aerospace Manufacturing

We’re hiring CNC Operators to support production of precision aerospace components in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with machining experience who enjoys hands-on work and wants to grow within a stable, long-term role.

What you’ll be doing:

Operate CNC machines (mills and/or lathes) to produce aerospace components

Load and unload parts, monitor machine cycles, and make basic offsets as needed

Perform in-process inspections using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)

Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and setup sheets

Maintain quality standards and ensure parts meet specifications

Keep work area clean, organized, and safe

What to expect:

Production environment with a mix of repetitive and detail-oriented work

Standing for extended periods

Working with metal parts and machining equipment

Team-based environment with support from leads and supervisors

What we’re looking for:

1–3+ years of CNC operating experience

Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Reliable and consistent work ethic

Nice to have:

Experience in aerospace or tight-tolerance environments

Familiarity with Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, or similar controls

Ability to make basic program edits or offsets
