Job Summary
We are seeking experienced CNC Mill/Lathe Machinists for direct hire opportunities in Valencia, CA, supporting precision aerospace and defense manufacturing. This role is ideal for skilled machinists who are confident setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes, reading blueprints, and producing tight-tolerance components in a quality-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes for precision machining operations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
- Perform precision measurements using appropriate inspection tools and gauges.
- Machine aerospace components using specialty materials and tight tolerance requirements.
- Monitor machine performance, make offsets, and ensure parts meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following production and safety procedures.
Compensation and Benefits
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Pay range: $26 to $35 per hour.
- Annual salary range: $54,080 to $72,800 per year.
- 1st and 2nd shift opportunities available.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes in a precision manufacturing environment.
- Read blueprints and verify machined parts to required specifications.
- Perform precision measurement and inspection throughout the machining process.
- Support aerospace machining work requiring tight tolerances and strong attention to detail.
- 6 to 10 years of CNC machining experience preferred for this level of role.
- Hands-on experience with CNC mill and lathe setup and operation.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and machining instructions.
- Experience working with aerospace materials and tight-tolerance parts.
- Strong understanding of precision measuring tools and inspection practices.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively in a production environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Aerospace and defense manufacturing experience.
- Experience machining complex components with close tolerance requirements.
- Ability to make machine offsets and troubleshoot basic machining issues.
- Strong commitment to quality, teamwork, and meeting production deadlines.
