We’re looking for a hands-on CNC Machinist/Programmer who can truly own the process from setting up and programming (using Mastercam) to running Haas mills and lathes with confidence. This role isn’t just about pushing buttons; it’s about creating programs from 2D prints and solid models, proving them out, holding tight tolerances, and being deeply involved in tooling, process improvement, and manufacturing planning. You’ll work on everything from turning and milling to EDM and grinding, while also mentoring operators and contributing to continuous improvement. If someone thrives in a precision-driven, high-quality environment and takes pride in doing things right the first time, this is the kind of role where they can really shine.
