We’re looking for a CNC Machinist II who can take ownership of setups, machining, and quality control—while supporting junior team members and helping drive shop-floor efficiency.

What You’ll Do:
Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills to manufacture high-precision components
Read blueprints, job travelers, and interpret G-code programs
Edit and adjust G-code for optimal performance and cycle time reduction
Load raw material, align fixtures, and verify setup accuracy
Maintain tight tolerances on critical dimensions, finish, and alignment
Perform first article and in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Troubleshoot basic machine issues and collaborate with leads as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant workspace
Communicate clearly with team leads and provide guidance to less experienced machinists

What You Bring:
2+ years of CNC machining experience in a production or precision shop
Ability to perform setups and confidently edit G-code (Fanuc experience a plus)
Proficient in blueprint reading and geometric tolerancing (GD&T)
Skilled in the use of micrometers, calipers, indicators, and height gauges
Mechanically inclined with a strong sense of urgency and accuracy
Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong communicator and reliable team player who takes pride in their work
