Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift
Pay: $25.00–$29.00/hr
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Overview: We’re looking for a highly skilled CNC Machinist/Programmer to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up, programming, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts. Your expertise in machine setup, G-code/M-code programming, quality inspections, and troubleshooting will be key to our success. If you're detail-oriented, have a strong mechanical aptitude, and are committed to safety, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and configure CNC machines and fixtures for production

Write, edit, and troubleshoot G-code independently

Operate CNC lathes and mills to produce high-precision parts

Perform first article inspections and in-process quality checks

Interpret blueprints, including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)

Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality

Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as they arise

Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

Lift up to 50 lbs as needed and occasionally work overtime

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in CNC machining

Strong knowledge of metals, plastics, and machining methods

Proficient with micrometers, calipers, and microscopes for precise measurements

Ability to operate multiple CNC machines and make minor G-code edits

Experience with SolidWorks and Fusion 360 is a plus

Ability to stand for long periods and work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends
