We're looking for a skilled CNC Machinist with hands-on experience operating both mills and lathes in a high-precision environment. You’ll be responsible for producing parts to spec, reading blueprints, setting up machines, and maintaining quality standards on the floor.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC mills and lathes (HAAS, Mazak, Fanuc, or similar)
Perform setups, tool changes, offsets, and first article inspections
Read and interpret technical blueprints, drawings, and G-code
Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators)
Maintain machine cleanliness, safety, and production logs
Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to resolve issues

What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of CNC machining experience (mills and/or lathes)
Familiar with Fanuc or similar control systems
Ability to work from blueprints and engineering specs
Comfortable holding ±0.001” tolerances
Strong understanding of shop safety and best practices
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not required
