Key Responsibilities

- Set up and operate CNC mills and/or CNC lathes to produce precision components according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, GD&T, work instructions, and job travelers.
- Make offsets, tooling adjustments, and program modifications to maintain part quality and production efficiency.
- Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
- Troubleshoot machining issues related to tooling, setup, programming, materials, and quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area while supporting production goals.

Compensation and Benefits

Additional Skills

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Set up and operate CNC mills and/or CNC lathes for precision manufacturing.
- Read blueprints, interpret GD&T, and verify parts against specifications.
- Make offsets and program adjustments to maintain accuracy and production quality.
- Perform quality inspections using precision measuring instruments.

- 3 to 5 years of CNC machining experience preferred.
- Hands-on CNC setup and operation experience required.
- Ability to use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and related inspection tools.
- Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, tolerances, and part quality.
- Ability to troubleshoot machine, tooling, and dimensional issues.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to safe work practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a precision manufacturing team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience editing or modifying G-Code.
- Experience with both CNC mills and CNC lathes.
- Background in a precision manufacturing environment.
- SolidWorks or Fusion 360 experience is a plus.
