Job Summary

We are hiring experienced CNC Machinists for direct hire opportunities in Orange, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, growing manufacturing environment focused on producing high-precision components using CNC mills and lathes.

The CNC Machinist role is ideal for a skilled machining professional who enjoys setup, operation, quality inspection, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement in a clean, safety-focused production setting. Key Responsibilities

- Set up and operate CNC mills and/or CNC lathes to produce precision components according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, GD&T, work instructions, and job travelers.
- Make offsets, tooling adjustments, and program modifications to maintain part quality and production efficiency.
- Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
- Troubleshoot machining issues related to tooling, setup, programming, materials, and quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area while supporting production goals.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $50,000 to $70,000 per year.
