Location: Phoenix, AZ (On-Site)
Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

About the Role
We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists to support production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role requiring strong blueprint reading, CNC setup, and program editing experience. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, safety-focused, and committed to quality and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate assigned CNC machines
Edit existing CNC programs and perform basic part programming
Restore parts to blueprint or customer specifications
Use precision measuring tools and operate CMM equipment
Solve setup issues and assist with fixture fabrication
Maintain production quality and output standards
Perform preventative maintenance and general housekeeping
Support Lean manufacturing, 5S+1, and ISO quality standards
Assist with training CNC and manual machine operators
Follow all safety, quality, and ethical standards

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
4+ years of CNC machining experience, including setup and program editing
Strong ability to read blueprints and technical documents
Proficient with measuring tools and basic machining math
Basic electronics and computer knowledge
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Reliable attendance and punctuality
