Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines such as mills, lathes, and grinders
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files
• Select appropriate tools, materials, and machine settings for each job
• Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools like calipers and micrometers
• Adjust machine settings to maintain precision and quality
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment
• Follow safety standards and maintain a clean work environment
• Troubleshoot issues with machines or production processes

Required Skills and Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)
• Experience operating CNC machinery or similar equipment
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Familiarity with CNC programming (G-code knowledge is a plus)
• Ability to use measuring instruments accurately
• Good problem-solving and mechanical skills

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Capable of lifting materials (typically up to 50 lbs)
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing or shop environment
