This CNC Set-Up Operator role offers a hands-on opportunity to work in a high-precision aerospace manufacturing environment where quality, accuracy, and performance truly matter. You’ll set up and operate CNC machines, write and edit programs, and work with tight tolerances on complex aerospace components using Okuma, HAAS, and Fanuc controls. The role requires managing multiple set-ups and short-run jobs, selecting the right tooling, optimizing machining processes, and continuously improving efficiency and quality.
