A well-established precision manufacturing company in Apple Valley is seeking a Senior CNC Machinist with strong experience on CNC Mills and Lathes. This is a long-term opportunity in a quality-driven, engineering-focused environment supporting regulated and performance-critical industries.

This role is ideal for a machinist who values craftsmanship, consistency, and working to tight tolerances—not production chaos.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC Mills and Lathes
Read and interpret detailed blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Machine custom components to tight tolerances and quality standards
Select tooling and make offsets to maintain precision and efficiency
Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring tools
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve machining challenges
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of hands-on CNC machining experience (mills & lathes)
Strong setup experience — not just operation
Solid blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
Proven ability to hold tight tolerances consistently
Detail-oriented, dependable, and quality-focused
Experience in regulated manufacturing environments preferred
