We’re looking for a CNC Machinist with strong technical skills and pride in precision. In this role, you’ll program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts that meet tight tolerances and demanding specs. If you have experience with Swiss Screw machines, that’s a major plus.

What You’ll Do

Set up CNC machines and fixtures for production runs

Write and edit G-code and M-code independently

Operate CNC lathes and mills to produce precision components

Perform first article and in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and microscopes

Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T specifications

Recommend and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and quality

Conduct basic maintenance and troubleshooting on machines

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime as required

What You Bring

Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience

Solid understanding of metals, plastics, and machining methods

Proficiency in measuring tools and inspection equipment

Ability to run multiple CNC machines and make minor program edits

Familiarity with SolidWorks or Fusion 360 (preferred)

Ability to stand for long periods and adapt to a flexible schedule
